Dear Bearcat Families,
As many of you are already aware, a tragic incident took place over the weekend in Bristol, TN. Although there are still many questions unanswered at this point, we do know that the violence has affected multiple families in our school division. We will have counseling available to students who may be having difficulty processing the event. As a purely precautionary measure, BVPS has been coordinating with the Bristol Police Department throughout the day on Sunday to ensure that we will have additional police personnel available at our school campuses in the upcoming days.
