Mrs. Phillips comes to us with 25 years of experience serving special needs students and their families. She is a lifelong resident of Bristol, Virginia, and a proud graduate of Virginia High School. She is proudly returning to her alma mater to serve as our Director of Special Education Services.
Mrs. Phillips holds a passion for ensuring that every student - regardless of ability - has access to a meaningful, inclusive education. She has a strong belief in team collaboration and centering her work around student needs in order to create transformative outcomes.
