The Virginia High School basketball team recently traded the basketball court for community service as they visited residents at NHC-Bristol.

During the visit, team members spent quality time with residents, helping them enjoy the beautiful fall weather outdoors. Surrounded by colorful autumn leaves and sunshine, students and residents shared conversations, stories, and plenty of smiles.

The experience was a reminder that some of the most meaningful victories happen off the court. By giving their time and attention, these student-athletes brought joy to residents and strengthened the connection between Virginia High School and the Bristol community.

BVPS and Virginia High School is proud of the basketball team for representing our school with compassion, character, and service.
