Last night VHS students competed in the American Legion Oratorical contest with Senior Santana Cruz taking second place and Sophomore Lucy Foy claiming 1st place. Lucy will continue on and compete for the division championship on December 16 th in Tazewell. Congratulations Lucy and Santana!
