Week 8 5/11-5/15

We will be working on Probability this week. This is the last new skill we have left to learn for this school year. You will have 3 videos to watch on BrainpopJr and will take a quiz on PowerSchool.

1. Watch BrainpopJr video on Basic Probability. Complete a quiz and 2 activities.

2. Watch BrainpopJr video on Probability. Complete a quiz and 2 activities.

3. Watch BrainpopJr video on Combinations. Complete a quiz and 2 activities.

4. Do an experiment of your choice using a spinner, coins, or dice.

5. Take Probability Quiz on PowerSchool (login through CLEVER)

Let's finish the year out strong! If you have gotten behind on your lessons, please try to catch up the best you can this week. If you're not sure what your student is missing, don't hesitate to reach out through Email, Class Dojo, or Remind. Thanks to everyone working so hard in these weeks of Distance Learning. This week students will be working on Picture Graphs and Patterns on Iready Math. Students will click on the blue link that says "extra assignments". They will have 3 lessons to work through this week. Please also continue working on Reflex Math and achieving a 'green light' 3 days this week.

If you need to complete or retake one of the PowerSchool quizzes (3.11 and 3.12) please make sure to get caught up on these. Email Mrs. Cooper when you are ready to retake or you have any issues accessing.

Week of April 13

Know that we continue to miss each and every one of you! Parents may communicate with teachers through Remind or Class Dojo. I sent out invites for Class Dojo last week...if you did not receive it please let me know and I will resend. Class Dojo is going to have additional materials posted by both Mrs. Boswell and Mrs. Edwards. Keep up the hard work!

Week 3 April 6-10

I am going to upload a Review worksheet on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. You may use the multiplication chart you filled out a few weeks ago if needed. You do not have to print out the sheet, you can rewrite problems on your own paper and solve. Please turn in by sending your teacher an email or picture through the Remind App.
You may continue working through Iready and Reflex Math, but these are optional this week if you have been working the past 2 weeks.

*Beginning next week we will be learning new material for the remainder of the school year. We will also be switching over to Class Dojo instead of Remind to communicate and post assignments. I will be sending out new information about this later in the week.*

Week 2 3/30-4/3

This week you will be working on Iready Lessons and Reflex Math. Attached you will find details on assignments for all subjects. Mrs. Branson and Mrs. Cooper will also be available to answer any questions on Monday and Tuesday. Details for how to access this and specific times is also found in the attachment.
