Mr. Josh Stamper serves as the principal at Stonewall Jackson Elementary School.  Mr. Stamper has served our division at Virginia Middle School since the 2016-2017 school year.  He served as an English teacher for 8 years prior to coming to BVPS. 

In addition, Mr. Stamper has published several books including Ugly Me, published in 2019.  Its sequel, Perennial Girl, was published in 2020.  He is working on the third book in the series and anticipates publication later this year. Mr. Stamper also was published in the Writer’s Digest as the grand prize winner of the personal essay award.
