I am excited to start another remarkable year with an incredible group of students!  This year begins my 20th year teaching at Stonewall Jackson Elementary School.  I graduated from Virginia Intermont College in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (Grades K-6) and a special education endorsement (Grades PreK-12).  Throughout my years at Stonewall, I’ve had the opportunity to teach students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.  This is my 16th year teaching 5th Grade!  I consider myself very fortunate to be among such a professional faculty, to teach wonderful students, and to partner with involved and supportive parents.  Let's begin another amazing year with lots of love, laughter, and LEARNING!
