Outgoing Virginia FBLA State President, Jacob Knight, and Newly Elected and Installed Virginia FBLA State President, Hely Patel, with Virginia FBLA Advisor of the Year, Mrs. Virginia Leonard. Jacob and Hely are the FIRST back-to-back State Presidents since 2004 and Virginia High’s first and second State Presidents in Bearcat FBLA History! This is Mrs. Leonard second time receiving advisor of the year award and Jacob and Hely are her 2nd and 3rd State Presidents! Prior to being elected State President, Jacob served as the 2016-2017 State Reporter and Hely as 2017-2018 State Corresponding Secretary.
