Attention Parents and Guardians

Bristol Virginia Public Schools in partnership with the Mount Rogers Health District, will be offering the Flu Vaccination in October.  Sign up for the vaccination clinic will be on paper forms this school year.  The information is in the process of being sent home and will also be available for download on the school website (You can find these documents below).  Those interested in their child receiving the flu vaccination at school, are asked to return the completed 2-page consent form to their school, no later than September 9^th.  If you have questions or concerns you may contact the coordinating school nurse or your school nurse.
