Attention Parents and Guardians,
Bristol Virginia Public Schools in partnership with the Mount Rogers Health District, will be offering the Flu Vaccination in October. Sign-up for the vaccination clinic will be on paper forms. Information packets will be sent home this week and will also be available for download, on the school website. Those interested in their child receiving the flu vaccination at school, are asked to return the completed 2-page consent form to their school, no later than September 22nd.
