Pre-K Information

Pre-Kindergarten

Bristol Virginia Public Schools will offer Pre-K programs for children who will be three or four years of age by September 30th of the school year and live in the City of Bristol, Virginia.  
Our Pre-K programs are offered free of charge and include transportation. Programs are located at Joseph Van Pelt Elementary and Stonewall Jackson Elementary. Four-year-old children from Highland View and Washington-Lee school zone, will be served at Stonewall Jackson Elementary. The 3-yr. old program will be located at Virginia High School (VHS) as part of our developing Early Childhood training for VHS students. All classrooms are staffed by certified teachers and highly qualified paraprofessionals.
