Above and Beyond: Jessica goes above and beyond every day to give her students an exciting, engaging, and high energy physical activity lesson; at school early and stays late preparing for the next day’s adventure; always takes part in school activities, dresses up with the kids, helps with events and willing to do whatever is needed; always has a smile on her face and it is obvious her heart is right here with these children; she gives 110% in everything she does

Above and Beyond: Bethany had only been with BVPS a few months when there was an issue with our new bank and paper checks had to be generated for staff and when she picked up her check she stayed and helped organize and distribute checks to employees; goes above and beyond to assist anyone that crosses her path; upbeat, encouraging, and patient; watched as she took extra time to help a group of new employees who were struggling to complete paperwork and what a wonderful first impression of BVPS she gave to those individuals
Exceptional Contribution: works with both HR and finance and the past year we have implemented new accounting software, and Bethany is very tech savvy and always willing to jump right in anytime an issue arises; definitely not an “I don’t know” person but a “Let me see what I can do” person; goes out of her way to make the lives of people around her easier; everyone knows they can depend on Bethany
