Virginia COPES Warmline

COPES stands for Compassionate, Optimistic, Person-Centered, and Empowering Support.  The main focus of this program is to support those impacted by the pandemic.  Crisis counselors are available to take calls Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM.  You may text or call 877-349-6428.  Their website is vacopes.com or you can follow them on Facebook (VA COPES).
