Track Parking Lot- (there will be no public parking in this lot. Please park on Green Acres Drive, Long Crescent Dr, or in the other VHS Parking Lots)

 

The Ford Test Drive Event will start at 1pm.

 

Concessions will be available from Moe’s/Subway/Bristol Gardens and Grill/Kona Ice will start at 3pm.
Jerry Peters Sales will be selling Bearcat Merchandise starting at 3pm

Cheerleaders will provide games, inflatables, and baby-sitting services for people taking a test drive) starting at 3pm.

For a minimum $5 donation you will receive a $5 coupon from Belk to be used on Aug 25th from 6am-2pm. Your donation will also provide access for one person to all games and inflatables
(EXCEPT CAKE WALK)-chances for the cake walk will be offered for $1 per chance

 

Bearcat Athletic Boosters will be selling raffle tickets

 

At 6:45pm we will conclude the test drive, vendors, and the games and begin moving the main gym for introductions.

 

At 7:00pm we will introduce the members of the Pride of the Stateline Band, Bearcat Cheerleaders, Volleyball, Cross Country, Golf, and Football.
