VHS Registration & Laptop Distribution Dates

VHS Laptop Distribution

  • Only 1 parent/guardian with each student

  • EVERYONE is to enter from the Student/Faculty Parking Lot

  • Face Coverings are required

  • Stations:

#1- Registration
      • Temperature Check
      • Completion of Computer Authorization Form
#2 - School Counseling
      • Provide Student Fall 2020 Schedule,
      • Provide Virtual Virginia, Elite Learning, & Governor’s School information
 
#3 - Computer & Charger Pickup
      • Computer will also need to be returned to this station if not returned before picking up new computer
 
#4 – Student ID
      • 2020-21 Stickers will be given to students with last year IDs
      • New IDs will be created for Freshmen & new students’
      • Senior Picture Info
 
#5 – Sign on & Paperwork
      • Student will sign onto computer
      • Access Schoology & Bearcat Email
      • Verify Demographic Information (“Blue Card”)
      • Complete Health Information Online Form
      • Complete Over-The-Counter Medication Form
      • Access Parent PowerSchool Account
      • Access VHS Class Schoology Information
      • Sign Handbook Form

 

**Computer must have been returned before one will be issued. 


-Sophomores & Seniors that have not returned a computer will have to wait 3-5 days after computer is returned before receiving a device.  These computers must be quarantined and then re-imaged.


-Freshmen & Juniors will receive a new device if last year’s computer was returned.
