Dr.
Martin Ringstaff, principal at Virginia High School earned his
B.S. Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Virginia Intermont
College, his M.A. Degree in Educational Administration and
Leadership from The George Washington University, and his Ed.S.
Degree and Ed.D. Degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty
University. This is his seventh year as a high school principal.
Mrs. Brenda Carroll - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Carroll earned her B.S. degree from East Tennessee State University
in Business Education and Applied Technology. She continued on to
earn her M.A. degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision. She has
been employed with the Bristol Virginia Public School System for
the last 29 years.
Mr. Ronnie Collins - Assistant Principal
Mr. Ronnie
Collins, Assistant Principal at Virginia High, earned his B.A.
Degree from Clinch Valley College and his Master’s in Educational
Leadership from Radford University. Mr. Collins has been employed
with the Bristol Virginia School System for the past 18 years.
