Hello, I am Vida Caldwell,special education teacher at Highland View Elementary School.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Social work from Virginia Intermont College.  I have a Special education teaching certificate from Milligan .  It is my goal to help every child succeed by teaching them in a way that best meets their individual needs.
