Please bring the following available information for the registration:

  • Original Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Immunization Record

  • Recent Physical

  • Proof of Bristol City Virginia Residence (electric or phone bill)

Your child may qualify for the Pre-Kindergarten Program is he or she is four years old by September 30 and lives in the Bristol, Virginia City limits.

During registration an appointment will be scheduled for an assessment of the child's needs.
