Mrs. Baskin teaches 4th grade Reading and Spelling and 4th and 5th grade Science at Highland View.  She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Physical Education from East Tennessee State University.  She also holds a Master of Art in Teaching degree from East Tennessee State University.  She has 22 years of teaching experience, this year being her fifth at Highland View.  She lives in Johnson City with her husband, daughter, and dog, Sparkey.
