Q. Dear Tech Teacher,
I wonder if you could help me please! My volume control slide bar no longer shows on my monitor. Can you tell me how I can get it back? I'd really appreciate it!  Thanks!
                                                            Cori!

A.  Dear Cori,
Thanks for your question!  All you need to do is go to the Control Panel and click on Sounds and Audio Devices.  About halfway down in the window that opens, there is a box that should be checked to show your volume icon.  Hope this helps!

Q.  Dear Tech Teacher,
My Windows are opening with half the window off the screen.  I can't close them because the little X is off the screen too!

A.  Dear Dark,
There are 2 things you can do here. 1)Right click on the taskbar, then click on close.
2) Click on the Title Bar at the top, hold the mouse button down and drag the window back on your screen.  You should "see the
light" now!

Q.   Dear Tech Teacher,
My taskbar is at the side of my screen and it's HUGE! How can I get it back to its normal size at the bottom of the screen?
                         "Displaced"

A.   Dear Displaced,
Click on the bar and drag it back to the bottom of the screen. Once you get it there move your mouse to the edge of the taskbar. You will have a double arrow.  Click and slide it down to the size you want it.

A.  Dear Drowning,
All you need to do is click on the first item you want to delete, then hold down your shift key and scroll to the bottom of the list of emails.  Click on the last item.  All emails should be highlighted at this time.  Now hit delete and POOF! they should all go away.
