All students new
to the Bristol, VA School System will have Speech, Language, Voice,
Fluency and Hearing screened within the first 60 days of the school
year. Parents will receive a letter stating the results of their
child's screening results.

Parents and/or
teachers may refer any student that they believe has a Speech Language
or Hearing difficulty. These students will go through the Child
Study Committee Process. In order to go through this evaluation, parent
permission is needed. |
