Just A Reminder:
Christmas is just around the corner and there are some important dates that you should keep in mind.
December 11-12 PTA Santa Pal Workshop This is something new for our school this year. I am real sure just what the children will be doing at this Santa Pal Workshop.
December 18 Class Christmas party at 2:00 p.m. The homeroom mothers will be in contact with you about sending treats for this party.
December 19 Class Gift Exchange. Your child needs to bring a gift on this day to exchange with his/her classmates. The boys will need to bring a gift for a boy. The girls will need to bring a gift for a girl. The gift should not cost over $5.00. Please do not write any childs name on the gift tag. If you do not wish for your child to participate in this gift exchange, please explain this to your child. Only those bringing a gift will receive a gift. Every child will receive a gift from the teachers.
December 19 Early dismissal day. Please be here for your child at 12:50 p.m. if your child is a car rider. Bus riders will leave at 1:00 p.m. Teachers may leave on this day as soon as the children are dismissed.
January 5 Return to school. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on our return from vacation, the children may bring one gift to share at Show and Tell only on those three days. If your child forgets to bring something on Wednesday he/she may bring something on Thursday or Friday.
January 16 End of the Six Weeks. This will be an early dismissal day. Please remember to get car riders at 12:50 p.m.
January 19 Teacher work day. NO SCHOOL for students.
January 21 Report Cards to home.
