Welcome to the Highland View Website. Highland View takes our responsibility for educating your child very seriously. We offer your child a wealth of opportunities.
Highland View is the smallest school in Bristol, Virginia. We view our size as an advantage to better serve your child with low pupil/teacher ratio allowing for more individualized attention. Highland View is a recipient of the Reading First Grant which is a six year grant awarded by the Virginia State Department of Education.
We are very excited about our new and upgraded computer lab and our technology programs. Accelerated Reading, Accelerated Math, Quick Reads, Earobics, Fast Forward and Open Court Technology programs are used daily.
Highland View has an outstanding faculty and staff, which have been extensively trained. All K-3 teachers have completed the Reading 1st Academic Academies.
