My name is Darlene Neese and I teach 6th Grade Reading and English at Virginia Middle School in Bristol, Virginia. I also co-sponsor the Fellowship of Christian Athletes with Janet Quesenberry. Meetings are every Friday morning before school at approximately 7:15 a.m. Everyone is welcome.
Hometown and Education I was raised in Beech Grove, Virginia and went to Nelson County High School located in Lovingston, Virginia where I graduated in 1973.
I graduated from James Madison University in 1977 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. In recent years I have taken classes to receive certification as a Middle School teacher. I taught elementary school in Wythe County and middle school in Bristol Virginia. My teaching experience covers grades 4-7 in all core subjects plus one year teaching 8th grade keyboarding. Family My husband Larry and I have been happily married for 28 years. We have two grown sons, Larry, Jr. and Michael.
