Classroom Discipline Plan

Mrs. Kistner’s Kindergarten

Classroom Procedures:

1.     Follow directions the first time.

2.    Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

3.    Talk quietly in the school.

4.    No running in the classroom or school.

5.    Use your manners.

6.    Show and give respect to yourself and others.

7.    Do not disrupt class.

Positive Recognition:

1.     Praise.

2.    Earn good grades.

3.    Praise letters sent home to parents.

4.    Student of the week.

5.    Positive trip to the principal’s office.

6.    Prize Box.

7.    FUN FRIDAY!

Consequences:

1.    First Time: Warning.

2.    Second Time: Move color card to yellow (timeout)

3.    Third Time: Loss of privilege (5 minutes from recess, centers, etc).

4.    After third time parents are contacted and if behavior is severe, student proceeds to principals office.
